Terms of Use (EULA)
These terms govern your use of SquadIQ. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and using SquadIQ ("the app", "the service") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of service
SquadIQ is a coaching management tool for youth soccer coaches. It provides team roster management, game day lineup planning, practice planning, and tactical sketching tools.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@gavamotion.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions & auto-renewal
New accounts include a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. The following auto-renewing subscriptions are available:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings on the App Store at any time after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Refunds
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their refund policy and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. For purchases made through our website (via Stripe), we offer a 7-day refund policy on new subscriptions — contact us within 7 days of your first charge at support@gavamotion.com.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use SquadIQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the app to store or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
7. Player data
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate permission to enter player information into the app. Player names and jersey numbers should be used only for legitimate team management purposes.
8. Intellectual property
SquadIQ and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Gava Motion and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of liability
SquadIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Gava Motion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of SquadIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
