SquadIQ - Soccer Coach ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Gava Motion. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user. We take your privacy seriously and will never sell your data.

Data We Collect

Account Information Your name and email address when you create an account.

Team & Roster Data Team names, player names, positions, and ratings you enter into the app.

Lineup & Practice Plans Lineups, substitution plans, and practice sessions you create.

Usage Data Basic app interaction data to improve performance and fix bugs.

Payment Information Processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

How We Use Your Data

To provide and improve the SquadIQ app and its features.

To sync your data across devices via Supabase.

To process subscription payments via Stripe.

To send account-related emails (receipts, password resets).

To diagnose crashes and fix technical issues.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.

Children's Privacy

SquadIQ is designed for coaches, not players. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Player names entered by coaches are treated as coaching data, not personal accounts.
